Lauren Tabach-Bank has been a leading voice in the entertainment publishing landscape for over 25 years. Currently, she serves as the Entertainment Director of Interview, the iconic New York culture magazine founded by Andy Warhol 55 years ago. 

In this role, she oversees the magazine's covers and all entertainment and pop culture content, including film, television, theater, and music, from concept to completion. The unique format of Interview involves orchestrating Q&A conversations between cultural zeitgeist figures. Tabach-Bank selects both the interviewee and interviewer and oversees each article and photo shoot until publication. Notable recent pairings include Demi Moore & Michelle Yeoh, Bad Buddy & Benicio del Toro, Billie Eilish & Lana Del Rey, and Cindy Sherman & Debbie Harry. She has been with Interview for seven years, working closely with the Editor-in-Chief on features and serving as the primary liaison with entertainment and studio PR representatives. As Interview expanded online, she also took on the responsibility of much of its entertainment web content.

In addition to her role at Interview, Tabach-Bank is the Founder and CEO of LTB Projects, a consultancy agency which books A-list talent for global brand campaigns as well as magazine covers for major publications including L’Officiel (USA, France, Italy & Asia), Vogue Mexico and Grazia. Previous brand clients include St. John, Moncler, and Tod’s.

Earlier in her career, Tabach-Bank was the Entertainment Director of T: The New York Times Style Magazine (2013–2018), where she managed all entertainment-related covers and content. She also served as the Entertainment Director of Interview (2009-2012) and as a Features Associate at Vanity Fair (2001-2005). She began her career in the entertainment industry in the mailroom as an agent trainee at Creative Artists Agency.

A native of Los Angeles, Tabach-Bank graduated cum laude from Barnard College, Columbia University, and currently resides in New York City.
